The ability to lead your own life is a necessary condition before you are able to lead a team, an organization or any movement outside of yourself.
Leadership requires a deep understanding of your core beliefs, the ability to create the space for others to experience their own growth in a safe environment, the ability to be present in the experience of authentic listening, and to have the courage to stand on your truths and convictions, fearlessly.
